Cookies
Last updated TODO(launch): set a real date. Questions: [email protected]
The short version
This site sets one cookie of its own, and only once you sign in. There is no advertising and no analytics tracking, so there is nothing here for a consent banner to switch on — but the choice the banner records is a real one, and anything non-essential added later has to ask before it loads.
Strictly necessary
- sid — the session cookie. Set when you sign in and not before; HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, and it expires after 30 days or when you sign out. Without it you cannot stay signed in or buy credits. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent, which is why declining does not turn this one off.
- cc — remembers the choice you made here, and when you made it. It is how the banner knows not to ask again, and how we could show what you agreed to.
Analytics
- Nothing is set today. If analytics is ever added it will be a first-party, cookieless measure if one will do, and it will only load after you allow this category.
Third parties
Signing in loads Google's script, and paying hands you to PayPal's own checkout. Those run on Google's and PayPal's domains and may set their own cookies there. They are not ours to switch off, and neither is set unless you choose to sign in or buy. The privacy policy lists everyone involved.
Changing your mind
Your choice is kept on this device for six months. Use the button below to change it, or clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again.
